🌟What a wonderful day we had at our BOOK Parade! 📚 PART 1 All our students were full of excitement and ready to share about their favourite book characters. From magical heroes ✨to classic storybook figures, the creativity and effort that went into each costume was amazing! The Theme "Book An Adventure" was represented across the school. ✈️⛰️ A huge thank you to all the parents who came along to cheer 📣on the students and to those who supported from afar - your encouragement truly makes days like this so special. The success of today wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support from our families across all grades.🙏 Don't forget, our Book Fair is open until Wednesday - a great chance to pick up a new favourite story! 📖

Today, we came together to honour the incredible dads and father figures in our community. The morning kicked off with a classic Aussie sausage sizzle—complete with sizzling snags, fresh bread, and plenty of tomato sauce. Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as families enjoyed games and shared stories. After breakfast, we gathered for a heartfelt liturgy that celebrated the love, strength, and guidance our dads provide every day. It was a beautiful moment of reflection and gratitude. A massive thank you to our staff who made the day so special. Your time and effort brought joy to so many. ✨ Today 13 of our students received the Eucharist for the very first time. ✨ It was a beautiful celebration of faith, family and community, as our church was filled with joy and prayer. 🙏 We give thanks to Fr Marcus, Deacon Rod and Tony for leading the Mass, to Mr Aggar and Jane for sharing the gift of music, and to our dedicated teachers who prepared the children so thoughtfully for this sacred moment.😍 May God’s blessing be with each of our First Communicants as they continue their faith journey. 🙏 #sacredheartmountdruitt #cspd #parramattadiocese
